You may be the organiser but I think it is important that bands for weddings and your clients meet each other to discuss what they want from the big day as it is something you want to get right and be remembered for ever.

It is critical for the entire event to go off without a hitch. One thing you should do to make sure nothing goes terribly wrong is to check if the venue has a license to play live music.

Other things to look out for, for example, does the venue have a sound limiter? If so the band needs to know because if they play too loud power will be cut to all their equipment. Other things to be aware of are is the band's playing area big enough? Do they have ample parking to unload their heavy gear?

If you spend just a little time paying attention to these details you will be able to find the right bands for weddings and have a memorable event.
